From what I can remember,

• Explored like every icon on the Vita menu, such as the web browser and Welcome Park. This took a long time, there are tons of settings and stuff.
• Started downloading some stuff from the PSN store. Downloads in the background.
• Played some Uncharted. Network features are disabled during the game unfortunately.
• Played some Pixeljunk Monsters via remote play.
• Played some MGS (PS1) I think via remote play?
• Played some MGS Peace Walker, compared it to PSP.
• At various points, tested out screenshots, custom music, cross-game voice chat.
• Played some Dynasty Warriors, Hot Shots Golf, and Dream Club.

Ooh, I should've mentioned when playing PSP games on Vita, you can map the D-pad to the right analog stick for proper dual analog controls!

Also the Vita screen makes the PSP screen look like crap.
