I think thats because the joke about the PS4 exclusive can easily be seen as a fanboy comment rather than just a joke because it had little relevance to the original tweet. I dont know if that was intentional though (or if it was simply just ment as a joke), but it could easily look like that, in my opinion. And Metacritics wont give any objective answer if a game is good or not either. I would like a game just as much regardless if it get a Metacritic score if 50 or 100.

It's not even a matter of talking bad about a console, it's about giving proper arguments as to why you don't like it. Attacking it for a reason totally unrelated to what is being discussed smells of fanboyism to me, more so when that same reasoning can be applied to the console you're trying to defend. And especially so when it does nothing to counter the argument you disagree with, becoming instead nothing more than a shit-flinging show.

According to famousmortimer developers are apparently fine enough with it that Microsoft will have way more indies at GDC than Sony.
You are not going to see the benefits immediately but it's much better for developers. They don't have to worry about making and launching a version for each console at the same time, which is hard to do for small teams.
You should clean it man, that dust could cause damage if untreated.
