I spent more hours on Warhawk than any other game on the PS3 so if there were to be a well-populated remaster I'd easily get a PS4 for it without hesitation. There were so many diverse ways to play the game, and it was quite well balanced (having one or two competent players who were good in the air generally to result in complete domination, but I didn't find that to be much of an issue since it's a question of skill). The emphasis it placed on team-work, and the opportunity it presented to also do things solo were incredible. The level design was also top-knotch, and apart from Omega Dawn (which just needed more players), all really altered how to approach the objective and created a very unique flow to the levels.
The use of servers, the leveling system, the spawn system, the pickups, the feel and viability of each of the vehicles and the durability of them all (turrets an exception), the sensation of progression as you got skilled at the game, and the amazing downloadable content (apart from Omega Dawn which was a bit of a dud in my opinion) just made it easily my favourite multiplayer game. The jetpacks and the APC in particular were fantastic in how much they added to the game.
My only worry would be that if it were re-released it wouldn't attract the same playerbase due to the huge variety of large multiplayer games available on the PS4, whereas at Warhawk's release, there really wasn't a huge amount which allowed it to gain a very strong and sizeable community initially.
