the dreamcast controller was terrible, Saturn's controller is far superior to any controller ever released.
I don't have big hands and the dreamcast controller still felt too small.

edit: Btw, I actually like the whole d-pad as four buttons thing.

are you ever coming back to mgo? :<
It's hard to say anything with the cash I'm getting now a days :(...

But yes, I will come back...

If I do get it, I'll get it for 360 since I have two sticks for it. But I probably won't get it, as the last Soul Calibur I really enjoyed was Soul Calibur 1.

Does the PS3 version support voice online?

edit: Seriously, does anyone know this? I'm getting antsy to buy the game right now but I want to know this first.

ps3 version, my friends are getting it for that, better controls, and Vader wasn't a hard choice. And to the post above me, it dose

I don't remember if it was the Saturn or the Dreamcasts D-Pad that suck ass..............I think it's the Dreamcasts
Sega Saturns was a bit shitty too, had problems with the diagonally directions
the Mega Drives 6-button pad was good, never had a problem with a Dual Shock or a SNES Pad
but a one question, how do you play Street Fighter with the 360 D-Pad, you must get sore thumbs?

I don't. I had a wining record on Street Fighter 2 for Live Arcade. I have no problems whatsoever with the d-pad. That's why I think when people say the 360 pad is shitty it leads me to believe that none of them has actually held the controller or just want to jump on the bandwagon to impress their buddies on here. The dual shock d-pad and analog placement gives me sore thumb and cramps.

I can't believe you actually feel that way. I can't grasp it.

It's called preference. Go back to the 3rd grade, it's when they taught you, opinions, preferences, facts and comphrension.

Agreed, but the DC d-pad was way better than the dual shock imo.

OH NOEZ. My internet cred!

Rottweiler saw I was kidding around, but alas, I got slammed son.

If you have both systems you'd be a fool not to go for Vader, I only have a 360 so I'm stuck with Yoda and shitty white box art.

Thanks.

Your sarcasm meter is broken I see. It was a joke, no need to be quite so defensive. That animated gif is awesome though so thank you.

Now that was me getting slammed... :lol

Right click away friend, right click away...

Then you'll be happy to know that you'll get Vader as DLC soon.

Your avatar is filled with much awesome.

Indeed, and so is my magic murder bag.

This game is NOT selling at my Best Buy, and this was a store where we almost sold 200 copies of MGS4 day one. Single digit PS3 copies sold, 360 somewhere in the teens, zero collectors editions. Really pathetic for what I perceived to be a high profile game. Are there TV commercials running?

I've seen a commercial once, but it was a week or so ago. I had a hell of a time finding the game here though, I went to three different stores and got the last copy at gamestop, but I don't know if the shipments were low or if it was just selling well.

Yeah, I've seen a few on sci-fi.
This game isn't that high profile.

I have the PS3 version, but I don't give a shit about vader.

It is the only console I have until the Jasper MOBO comes out (hopefully in the 60 gig model).

I saw 3 commercials run in Cartoon Network when I was watching family guy.

Yeah the Dreamcast did have a great D-pad. Was so easy to pull of any special in MvC-MvC 2.

If the game isn't selling, then this is the last SoulCalibur. I picked it up for ps3 last saturday and I'm really enjoying the game, been stuck on 21-23F, though :l

Then SC3 came along...
and well, you know.
SC3 was great dammit!

Commercials have been hitting the Adult Swim section of Cartoon Network every so often. Actually pretty frequently. Comedy Central too.

I own both consoles but bought the 360 version. More of my local friends have that console so it'd be ideal to grab for quick spurts at their place. The ps3 d-pad was tempting, as was vader, but ultimately I went for the copy that would get the most play from my perspective.
