So do I. To look at pictures and laugh at reviews. Could never imagine spending the time to sign up for an account and post. I like my local joint joints with their flaws and all.

There are a lot of local places that I would've never tried or even heard of if it weren't for Yelp. So I think overall it's a great service. At the same time I do hear stories about places being negatively affected by Yelp ratings for unfair reasons. It's hard to tell which reviewers are honest and which aren't. And I think Yelp needs to do something about that.

This was the first episode in the season I haven't totally loved.

Also, my 11 year old decided to watch the episode on Hulu while "forgetting" to ask is she could watch South Park at all. I'm curious how that boogers and cum song went over.

She'll be fine. I started watching when I was about 6 or 7... and LOOK AT ME NOW!!

I get the feeling that the Asian girl that Wendy was showing around is going to be a new character along with David.

And it's really funny because South Park has become more "PC" and now it is ticking checkboxes for ethnicities. I wonder if there will be an episode about Token not being the only token anymore.

South Park has the best meta humour.

I didnt know what Yelp was so last ep completely flew over my head :/

I mean I got the idea but I feel I would apreciate it more if I knew / used yelp

I have the feeling that
everyone in SP is going to get so sick of being PC/conservationist/trendy/etc that they are all going to say fuck it and undo everything that they've done this season.

New episode this week:

it´s called:
Safe Space

Working in a grocery store, we do ask for charity donations every once in a while. Sometimes it's a little piece of paper we ask people to sign along with their donation (it's Breast Cancer Awareness Month too!), sometimes groups like The knights of Columbus set up outside. I even rang a bell for the Salvation Army last year. No guilt trips like this though.

I never give to an organization I haven't researched. A good chance that dollar doesn't go where you are led to believe it does.

I'm hit up for a donation literally every time I go to a grocery store now. It's ridiculous.

Great episode! My favorite of the season so far. That song is just fantastic lol

But I am not gonna lie, Yelp is a great tool though. I would have never found out about some restaurants if it wasn't for it. Also, I noticed that restaurants treat you extra special if you use Yelp. I found that out accidentally. I was at a restaurant and I was scrolling through Yelp pictures to see what certain dishes look like. I found a dish that I liked but I didn't see it on the menu. So, I showed the waitress the Yelp picture and she said that they don't carry that dish anymore. So, I ordered another one. Everyone's order came out before mine and the waitress came up to me and apologized saying that dish had to be redone because it wasn't up to the standards. When I finally got the dish, it looked amazing and everyone else was jealous that it looked so good lol. I think the waitress saw that I was using Yelp and she must have told the chef or something. I hope I didn't get boogers and cum to go with it lol

Can't watch the current episode but did anyone mention Matt and Trey are getting sued 10 million for last week's Yelp episode?

We’ve taken a hard look at the information presented to us, and after reviewing it, we have given Yelp and their lawsuit only one star. Their lawyers delivered us legal documents in a very unprofessional manner; not bothering to smile or even a quick handshake. The writing on the envelope was barely legible and in two different colors. It is our personal opinion that Yelp could do a much better job by not suing us for ten million dollars.

Man, that parody article from nbc.com.co is getting a lot of traction.

I'm guessing most people didn't see Yelp tweeting at South Park saying that they liked the parody last week?
Oh derp, I'm an idiot. Sorry!

In my defense I was mostly going off what a friend linked me to! Fake response is still hilarious at least.
