Leslie? I may have missed something. Who is Leslie?

She's the girl that PC Principal tells to shut up during every assembly.
She was the catalyst for today's story. Her chatter lead to PC Principal calling the cops and Barbrady accidentally shooting the kid.

Ahh, I missed the first few minutes. Thanks. Totally forgot he always tells her to shut up every assembly :D
How many episodes left this season?

This was probably my favorite episode so far. ISIS parts in particular were golden.

Only real point I can raise against it is unlike Butters and Kenny being genuine victims in their respective episodes, Barbrady (despite it being cool to see the character feature again after over a decade of irrelevancy) has like, always been a fucking terrible cop.

This was a great episode. Also the part where the cop walks into his apartment to say he got fired from his job and it cuts to the old dog laying in the make shift bed, made me choke up a little bit. I remember my dog had to take medication about once a week for her heart.

holy shit was it cool seeing Barbrady being the main character of an episode

I think it's been at least a decade since he's been anywhere near that relevant

Great episode. Probably the best this season and I thought last week's was one of their best ever. That ending came out of nowhere. Laughed quite hard at most of the jokes. Loved the music cues too. Their music has been gold this season. So it looks like there's an overriding narrative arc to this season after all. More hyped for the rest of the episodes now than before.

This is the first time South Park has done this right? A season long narrative arc? I know last season had continuity but this seems new.

way I'd put it is that they're being about a million times more aggressive about continuity compared to last season

but yes I agree it's doing wonders, this is good stuff. I thought last season was amazing and was hoping for more of the same, but I didn't expect them to do this well.

what made the "shit part of town" turn into the shit part of town at the beginning of the episode?

Man, this season is something else. I'd never imagine they'd try to have such a strict continuity throughout a season, but they're doing it while sticking with their issue-of-the-week format.

That foreshadowing. Damn it Leslie. I love that SoDoSoPa ended up just being a flavour of the month thing. I was not expecting to get hit with the feels stick again so soon. Barbrady and his dog :(.

This was one of the best episodes of the season and maybe even one of the best episodes ever; crazy how on point the writing is.

That plot twist.. WOW

It's amazing to me how they can keep this show so fresh. Building on a season long arc has been such a great change I hope it just becomes a thing now.

Last night's ep was one of the best, in a ridiculously consistent season.
