What did PC Principal mean by an Uncle Abel?

The way all these plotlines are tying together is fucking hilarious though. I can't wait for the finale.

i think the uncle able was an uncle tom like insult. only with able bodied being the insult

Yesssss Principal Victoria!!

I was hilariously sad when they waved her away in the premiere to introduce PC Principal. I thought it was Ms. Crabtree all over again :sob:

Shame if this means they'll be getting rid of PC Principal. I actually liked him. Principal Victoria just works as a background character, which I guess at the end of the day is what they'll need when the status quo comes back.

Season has been REALLY lacking on Garrison though.

That fucking realization as Leslie ask:
"Don't you feel like you could be happier?"

This fucking season bro! This, fucking, season!

Yeah I've loved PC Principal this season too, but he just feels like a one-season thing. I'd be shocked if he doesn't meet a terrible end in the next 2 episodes.

Even if they do keep him around in the future to keep doing PC jokes, it would have to be in a smaller capacity. He's dominated half the episodes this season.

I do legit like Victoria though lol. She's been a good, realistic Cartman foil several times and I like when Garrison/Mackey/Victoria are together doing something.

Her random cane/limp tonight was another funny touch I just remembered.

South Park has been killing it this season, oh my god. The layers of meta humour in these episodes. It's been really good in my opinion.

My jaw was on the floor during the second half; this is the best South Park has been since several seasons.

Just incredible.

Really enjoyed that episode. "Does she know? DOES SHE KNOW THAT SHE'S AN AD?!?!"

As much as I'm enjoying this season, I am missing the main cast of Cartman and Co. It is nice seeing secondary characters take the focus of an episode--seems like the town as a whole is the main character this season which is cool. But there's been episodes where I thought "I wonder what Stan and Cartman are up to."

EDIT:
That be funny, but I don't think we're close enough to the games release for that.

I'm loving the season so far, just wished the boys were involved more than they are.

Agreed.

Wow, that episode was something else. The reveal pull back on PC Principal and Leslie. I love that they seem to be heading towards everyone coming together and tackling an actual problem instead of just endless squabbling over semantics; reflects the underlining theme so well. Can't wait to see how it all wraps up. I hope PC Principal and the fraternity remain in some form - pussy crushing consent forms was marvelous. I'll miss if Randy loses his current hivemind mentality.

He's from the same ad as Leslie, so yeah he's an ad.

There's two episodes left, what if it somehow ties into the Fractured But Whole? Of course, if it comes out in the next year before the next season. There's been no info on it since E3 so it might be next season's thing.
I'm calling it. The season will end as an advertisement to The Fractured But Whole.
It would be amazingly subversive if this entire season's outspoken commentary on the insidiousness of advertising was just to serve up as a 10-episode ad campaign for their new $60 game.

what if they surprise release it a day after the finale?
Would they really want to miss out on Black Friday, though?

Suddenly the quick shot of Tweek and Craig playing Assassin's Creed Syndicate a few episodes ago takes on a new meaning...
Look into my eye...

What if the ending ripped on Evangelion and Leslie turns huge and engulfs people in ads killing them and Jimmy or someone else wishes things to go back to normal.

Last 2 episodes were good. Hopefully the finale doesn't fall flat like last year's. They've got a good point as usual, but being true alone isn't automatically funny. Preferably, the internet, PCs, etc. were sent by some dumb shit like crab people or a ,,super reality" monster or whatever, in the vein of older episodes, if they are going to build it up like that.

Kind of agreed. I imagine they'll have a big role in the finale. at the very least, we'll definitely get a Kyle speech at the end to wrap things up.

Buttler's dad monologue was great, this season has been fantastic.

Funny how the thread is turning into a safe space for people to bitterly drawn GAF comparisons, ironic and salty.

Is this season becoming the best season of new-South Park so far?

I think it is. Their new attempts at a cohesive season-long narrative has really paid off this season. Last season they eventually gave it up except for the occasional background joke (gluten free beer). But this season is the best argument that maybe for south park to stay amazing they need to drop the no continuity and focus on these season long narratives.

I know that when I see a Blade Runner reference to this game RIGHT after playing Fallout 4 dealing with a similar topic?

Holy shit.

I must be in the minority that doesn't like the twist being advertising. While the individual jokes in the episode were good, I'm reminded of the finale of last season, which I thought failed to promise on the build up.

A lot of the outrage flames are stoked by click-bait journalists because identity politics sell.

don't see it as the twist being advertising but see it as a blade runner south park season starring Jimmy as Harrison Ford.

My god.. is... is Jimmy....

I agree with that, but it feels like they just shoved that idea into the episode instead of spreading it across the season. Maybe I just haven't been noticing the news aspect. It just feels like everything is self contained in the community, not brought to attention due to the news...unless PC Principal is supposed to represent that happening? Drumming up attention for...money?

My mind melted a bit right now. I saw him as representing the tumblr/internet outrage culture, not a tool to fuel news stories. Is it not that PC Principal creates the outrage, but brings it to the surface to pull everyone else along?
