I like the look of it, but I'll stick with my classic black. Only way the black one could be better is if they didn't fuck up and reverse the LED (it should really be white for safe mode and bootup, and blue for powered on)

Someone made a good post about how the PS4 transfers power/control to the user. Your controller turns blue after startup. I can't remember if the controller flashes white, if at all, when turning it on with it.

It actually flashes white when you press the PS button, but then turns blue. Still, blue on the console > white
