You can use the Switch Joy-con's on the PC. You can also use VR controllers on the PC without playing in VR.

If you're playing on Steam, you won't need any drivers at all, it just supports them outright.

I use my Switch Pro Controller and it's gyro aiming to play Breath of the Wild on PC whenever I play it.
