Is there a sports game that actually allows you to create a league/team? The reason why I ask is because I want to do a video/story project with Cities Skylines/Simcity and I want to do something with it concerning sports events.

Any suggestions?

I was actually thinking of PES but I was hoping for american football, baseball, and basketball games that have the option.

NFL fever on OG Xbox let you create teams and place them in almost any city.

If you need something more recent, then MLB Power Pros I think?

Out of the Park Baseball, though that may be more sports management than sports.

Out of the Park is perfect for this unless you abslutely need footage of arcade gameplay. It generates tons of news articles, pictures of players, has a ton of modded uniforms/other graphics to choose from and can even be used to create a baseball-reference-style history of your league
