5 plays forever and 10 hours a month max, but those restrictions only kick in in half a year in the US.

Paid for the premium service so I could download songs to my phone.

Downloaded 2 albums.. worked fine for a day.

For the past week every time I go to my downloaded playlist.. I get an endless loading screen.

Tried logging in.. logging out.. same..

Tried deleting the app off of my phone and re-installing.. same...

Neat.

Subscription cancelled. No way I'm going through calling support for some music streaming service that charges too much as it is, then doesn't work.

Already wasn't really happy with the service in general. Having to install an app made the service useless at my work.. considering their little app has useless proxy settings that don't match the features of 10 year old web browsers, or basic Windows API's.
