Why don't you use velcro instead
I'm trying to do a 25 foot run of hdmi cable from my PC to my TV. I am hoping to secure it to the wall so no one trips over it. Question: is it safe to do so? I received an hdmi cable from Amazon today, and it's way too thick to do this, so I'm also curious if it's even possible.
Are we talking actual home use staples that will simply hold the cable to the wall? Or will it puncture the cable? There's nothing wrong with the heavy duty staples that fit around the cable
It'll work if they're wide enough but have you considered flat or skinny cables? I was able to tuck a ribbon flat HDMI cable between the carpet and baseboard. No, from a staple gun but the staples that are curved.
Why don't you buy flat HDMI cabling?
