Perfect for Nintendo! One button: "Win".
The touchpad, the lights that you cant fully disable, the resistant triggers...What is the useless gimmick from Sony?? Some vibration??
I would not call the touchpad if used properly a gimmick. The touchpad, the lights, the triggers...
But hey, no back buttons, decent battery life or driftless sticks, you know, actual useful stuff.
I can think of like 2 games that use it decently, days gone and tsushima, still a gimmick for me, never felt like i was missing something with any controller without touchpad.I would not call the touchpad if used properly a gimmick.

I wish more companies did dumb stupid crap like this. Probably took an afternoon to code and implement.
In the few games I used a DS4 via native input (temporarily) on PC it just felt like they moved the select button to the touch pad and that was it.I can think of like 2 games that use it decently, days gone and tsushima, still a gimmick for me, never felt like i was missing something with any controller without touchpad.
You are a wise old man.Agree. I'd rather have back buttons, better battery, TMR sticks than lights, touchpads and horrible feeling triggers
