Stuck in Tokobot -- need help!

I'm stuck in the second part of Damper Rock Ruins, and I could use a hint so I can keep playing this game on the plane home tomorrow.
I just finished killing the large Keeper with the spinning laser and re-entered the structure. The room I'm in has two weak enemies (orange/blue creature with the horizontal spikes), three doors and two horizontal gears in the floor. Turning the gears alternately opens two of the doors, each of which leads to a room with a large fan on the floor and a mini-puzzle to figure out how to activate the fan. Door #3 from this room leads to another room with a block to trigger high up on the wall...but it's hidden behind a thick, round pane of glass.

I activated both fans, but don't know how to break the glass. I've done some Googling on this problem, and people say that you need a "bomb bot" in order to progress, but I have no idea where to find that capability.

I would REALLY appreciate the help. Thanks!

I realize this is no help whatsoever, but are you enjoying Tokobot?

I'm taking a trip next week and am looking to pick up a new portable game.

It's a charming little game -- not terribly challenging (so far), but there are a few situations which do test your wits or reflexes. Rumor has it that it's fairly short (8-10 hours) -- I've probably spent two hours with it so far and I'm on Level 2, so that sounds about right. (I'm not an ace platformer wizards, so I'm probably slower than everyone else.)

If you have the $30, I think you'd enjoy it...assuming you've already picked up all of the other really good PSP games which are out right now.

Well, "terribly challenging" is usually enough to keep me away, given my short attention span and tragic lack of skills, so a downright easy game (not that that's what Tokobot is) can sometimes appeal to me. This sounds fun.

But maybe I should go for Wipeout or Burnout first. I only own Hot Shots and MLB.

I'd recommend both of those games above Tokobot. Wipeout Pure is one of the best games on the system, and Burnout Revenge offers a ton of content. If you get Wipeout, hopefully you have a large enough memory card to take advantage of the downloadable content -- they have literally doubled the number of tracks in the game over the last few months.

HSG is awesome -- can't wait for the sequel!
