It's hard to find a good comparison, because there are so few activities from which both parties recieve literal pleasure.
Here's a shitty analogy:
It would be like eating the food made by a chef, and emiting involuntary noises of pleasure - not when you were enjoying the food the most - but when the chef was experiencing moments of satisfaction that he had cooked a good meal.
The point being: those involuntary noises are not to display
your pleasure level, but to encourage the
chef's.
