What the hell kind of a message is this?! So you're telling me that if I stalk a woman and punch her in the face, after a couple minutes of hand-to-hand combat she will suddenly want to fuck my brains out? Holy crap what a weird scene. But I've never watched Buffy so maybe I'm missing something here...
It doesn't matter that it is a picture of some old men having their jollies, there is no reason to censor that joke on 30 Rock. They could have written in something that had Jack's character looking at an abstract art piece that looks like a red blob and then say something like "It's a goat...see?" And been perfectly fine from censorship.

I love how Rocko's Modern Life got away with mentioning hell. Nick got away with a lot back then.

Thats Sym-Bionic titan made by Genndy Tartakovsky ... It got cancelled by CN after the first season... i only know of this... because this scene is how i was showed this show.

Like over half this thread doesn't understand what censoring is or what they actually censor. You're not censoring boob jiggle, even today. Racism in the 40s/50s didn't slip through the censors....

Have you seen anime or games that get brought over here(nintendo games) Boob stuff always gets censored/edited for a format that is viewable for everyone, i mean look at bravely default or that tharja scene in FEA, for anime yugioh monsters and digimon have been editied to show less cleavage and jiggle reductions. But i was going for Questionable things that got past stuff... like what i posted, you'd have to agree that Chokey chicken: The stuff that sticks to ya should never have gotten past censors/FCC*

The FCC only regulates broadcast television. It does not regulate cable television. That is why shows on Nickelodeon get away with so much. They don't have to deal with FCC censorship standards, only with whatever standards the station executives felt appropriate.

Every single episode of Rocko's Modern Life and Ren & Stimpy had at least one dirty joke.
Never saw this clip back in the day so I'm going to assume it was either broadcast only once before being edited out or broadcast intact in the UK or something.

She was a direct parody of MTV's Julie Brown and her show Just Say Julie(not to be confused with "Downtown" Julie Brown, who was also a VJ at the time and who was also parodied in a separate episode). Pretty sure kids at the time would've picked up on it, I know I did. There were plenty of other adult things in TTA though, like Daffy Duck reading a Playduck, complete with cigarette ad on the back, during a talent show before Bugs snatches it from him and proceeds to look at it himself.So i'm looking through some old junk while cleaning out the attic and i've found stuff that reminded me of the old cartoons back in the 90s and before that and I know that nowadays that shit wouldn't fly at all. (mainly due to it being too lewd/triggering/offensive double meaning) So lets talk about stuff that got past censors or stuff that had hidden meanings.
I'll start with the wonderful character from Tiny Toons... Julie Bruin who... well wouldn't be as animated in today's society, as this gif will show.

Actually I don't believe it ever did, Spike only aired a couple of the Adult Party Cartoon episodes(one of which, Naked Beach Frenzy, is infinitely worse than that) before cancellation.Didn't this actually make it on air?

The new TMNT in general has an absurd amount of nightmarish material for kids in it. They've had whole episode homages to stuff like The Thing or Alien.
