That you can buy? I eat a very strict diet but when I get my turkey sandwhiches at Subway I usually get the sweet onion sauce on it, but the Subway literally just closed down near the office :( - I'm so sad. So now I decided to make my own sandwhiches...I usually just take a yogurts and a protien shake to work, but I still need my turkey sandwhiches :(.

Is there anything that tastes remotely like it that you can buy?? I did a google and they give you the recipe for it, but ehh...I'm no cook :(

Onkle can you make me some :D

Funny, I bought a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub today, and I was thinking they ought to bottle and sell that stuff in the supermarket.

Er, but as far as I know, there's nothing like it for sale. I feel your pain.

By far my favorite subway sub.... the first thing I look for on the menu when I go to a new city and go to Subway... hey where's my... oh there it is.... ;)

Though I LOVE onions, love them with a passion that burns with a fury of a thousand suns! I don't like the sauce :(

Southwest south, now that's where it's at... can you get that instores or anything like the subway sauce?

Ingredients
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 tablespoon minced white onion
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon buttermilk baking mix
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon poppy seed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 pinch cracked black pepper
1 pinch garlic powder
Directions
1Combine all ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl.
2Heat mixture uncovered in the microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on high until mixture boils rapidly.
3Whisk well, cover and cool.
4Alternatively, bring to a boil on top of stove.

Be daring! Make up a big batch of it and see if it tastes good.

It's my favorite condiment too. That stuff sucks if you drip some on your clothes. Shit doesn't come out (until your wash it at home).

This shit is fucking gooooooooood. Extra swiss cheese with my teryaki sub please. EXTRA sweet onion sauce.

I might try to make a batch of it at home and see if I can make my own subs. It'd be OVER then. I'd be fat as hell. I mean give me some teryaki meat and some sub rolls from the store and I can make a dozen teryaki sandwhiches at the house.

Oh lord....I gotta go.

I get a Spicy Italian sub toasted with wheat bread including banana peppers, jalapeno peppers, lettuce, and ranch dressing on my sammich. Yum :)

I used to eat those sweet onion chicken teriaki subs every week. Then I threw it up one time and I haven't eaten one since. Its been about 5 years.

Oh I don't eat the Teriaki subs I just like the sauce on my tukey sandwhich :D

Can someone with cooking skills make some and tell me if it turns out like how they have it???

Hmm, seems that the praise for this sauce is unanimous. I might have to give it a try tomorrow. :D

I looooove Quiznos, though. Too bad there are none in Brooklyn (can you imagine?).

Used to work in a subway, I think it might have just been a masterfoods sweet onion sauce. Otherwise it was a subway specific one, but most of the sauces were masterfoods so if they do one it's probably your best bet.
