I think there's only one that's worth it iirc. It's to do with some backstory of the world. Let me see if I can dig up its name.
Edit: Probably the biggest one to get is "For The Past... For The future". The other ones that might be worth to get are "Clipped Wings 1/2", "Ancient of the Sun" and "Eternal Youth". They all tie into the main story but you can get by with just the main game. The former is a nice addendum, adds to the mythology and is post-game content, the latter 4 don't weave in to the main story as much and run within the main story. All of them give extra fusions.
The rest of the DLC is either extra quests (eh) or bonus equipment (also eh). If you are gud at video games you shouldn't need them.
I'd say with the heavily discounted price of the EU game, you should have no qualms picking up "For The Past... For The Future", but only buy it if you finished the game and want more.

I heard another remix of the music on iTunes called Chronotorious which are super nice remixed tunes in very good audio quality.

I was messing with some MESSED UP BOOLY-ASS DISCS I BOUGHT NEW and found a Kirby Air Ride MESSED UP BOOLY-ASS DISC I BOUGHT NEW that barely worked, as in it crashed randomly, but I ended up playing 4 straight hours of City Trial. The best.
There are a ton of emulation threads, so I don't think it's a big deal.
