Hey frienders, would it be dumb if I start periodically asking questions to everyone? Just stuff like "What's your favorite evil laugh in anything" or whatever. I like asking that kind of stuff, it's fun.

Hands down it's Kefka

Also, I wouldn't mind that at all

I don't see why that would be an issue. For me its Mark Hamill's Joker laugh. That shit is phenomenal.

Bryan Fury, obviously.

Hamill's Joker is really close second though. I'd wish there was video out there of him doing it.

There's a couple I can't remember, and Kefka and Joker are definitely among the best

Light's is the funniest though. (end spoilers for Death Note)

Seeing as someone mentioned earlier in the thread that they'd just started watching,
there's something about Ragyos(KLK) voice acting/laughter that chills me to the bone.

How did you guys and gals feels about GZ being 30 bucks?

I paid 20 for my digital copy and was less irritated than those who paid 30 bucks for 3-4 hours of content(to be fair, the map is huge!)

I bought digital and I think it was worth it but I'm a massive Metal Gear fan and I would not recommend that game to any one who isn't

At this point, I'm so in on the Metal Gear franchise, I'd pay pretty much anything. No going back.

These are my feelings on the subject as well. Hell, I haven't purchased it yet because I'm waiting to get it on PS4.

I paid I think $15 during E3 week and I was completely satisfied.

Simon vs Kamina
This is such an incredibly close call. I have to say that until the anti-spiral arc, my decision would easily and always be Kamina. However, as later episodes came to pass, I started to grow more and more fond of Simon and this fondness never stopped growing. By the end of the show, he was fucking fantastic. But then episode 26 happened, where they were stuck within the extradimensional labyrinth. Once again, at the very end, right when they needed him the most, Kamina appeared to give Simon that one last push. And then I realized that Simon, while being his own man, slowly grew to become Kamina, which is also the reason I kept liking him more and more. Simon was Kamina's legacy and through him, so was the universe. There aren't a lot of character that could have such a massive influence on both me and the fate of the universe within such a short period of time.
And for that, I choose
Kamina.

Beastman Arc vs Anti-Spiral Arc
They were both going for the same thing in the end, however the Anti-Spiral arc was more varied and grand in its content and had the opportunity to build upon the characters that were established within the Beastman arc. That variety and eventual climax, despite (IMO) not actually having the most powerful moment in the entire show, gives it the edge. I'm trying to not go into the details as that would take too long.
I could be swayed either way, but for now I'll give the win to the
Anti-Spiral Arc
.

I wanna make a top 3 moment, but I need to find a site that uploads massive gifs. I made one with gifcam, but it ended up being 50mb.

Interesting. For me it would have to be
Simon. Like you said its hard to choose between them two of them since they both are so awesome. I think what put Simon slightly above Kamina for me was that his character was more fleshed out. I also related more to Simon then I did with Kamina, although I don't think a lot of people can relate to Kamina but that's it irrelevant. There's some more reasons but I'll spare you the details.

For the Beastman vs Anti-spiral Arc I pretty much agree with you on everything

Hey, here's a random thought: Why does every interaction between Liam and Pat feel like i'm watching an episode of Dexter's lab?

Simon was definitely more fleshed out, but keep in mind that he also had 19 more episodes to do so. I don't want to pick Simon solely on the fact that he had practically the entire show dedicated to him (and to be fair, his fleshed out state is borderline identical to Kamina as a person). And yes, Simon is infinitely more relatable, but I don't think the point of Kamina is to relate to him, but to be swept away by his unending strength of will and motivation to keep moving forward and never give up, just like the others of Team Gurren were.
His complete and utter trust in Simon was amazing to see as well. Remember the moment where Simon told Kamina to leave it to him? Whereas the regular person would either worry (due to Simon's past track record) or refuse to do so, Kamina crossed his arms and waited, knowing that Simon was going to succeed. So fucking cool and heartwarming to see.

Might want to fix the spoiler tag in my quote.

Yeah, Simon did get more episodes to be more fleshed out. In the end Simon was more fleshed out then Kamina. The amount of episodes they got has no relevance. Also, I think you're short selling Simon when you say he is borderline identical to Kamina. Kamina's behaviour was to act first instead of think. Simon was a bit more sensible as a character.

Could someone name the movies for TTGL so that I can look them up more carefully without spoiling myself? You guys are saying that one is just a recap? So it's not worth watching?

The Recap one is Gurren Lagann The Movie: Childhood's End

And

The other one is Gurren Lagann The Movie: The Lights in the Sky are Stars, which is anoher recap movie for the other half.
