My friends and I like to play this game where we come up with super powers that have a negative side effect and ask if anyone would actually take the power. I think this could be a fun GAF activity.

I'll get us started:

- Super speed but normal reflexes
- super strength but everytime you use it you shit yourself
- can go invisible but you are deaf when invisible.
- you can only fly up

Yeah that one isn't too bad. I generally like to try come up with borderline terrible ones.

New one: You can force your will upon someone but you have to yell the instructions at them.

You can teleport but when you do you pass out. You could team up with the guy that can only fly up!

The Symbiote suit, gives you super strength, stick to walls, go invisible, shape shift. The trade off is well the suit bonding to you and changing your personality

Most superspeed characters are also depicted as having faster metabolism/eating a lot.

and if you just had normal reflexes, then you wouldn't actually have superspeed*

I thought, if you are completely invisible, You can't see anything too. Since light has to hit your eyes to see things.

YES! I In high school me and my buddy started a comic with this very premise. It was more like each time the hero used his telekinesis some form of brain damage/memory loss occurred.
