I got my codes but I won't be able to do anything with them until after 9:00 tonight. Even then I can't try it out until Friday night at the earliest. Being busy all the time is super lame.
That's why I'm not that mad about the Palutena's Guidance. No customs however is bullshit, especially with how customs caught on.

is it normal for a smash 3ds update done ingame not to be put into the 'account activity' area? weirdly though my mewtwo code does show i used it in account activity just not the patch

You think DLC characters not having customs will hurt customs being used?
I'm thinking it will. 5 DLC characters and suddenly 10% of the roster has no options in custom tournaments. That's a pretty substantial amount of characters with no options

I lol'd. Didn't even notice Mewtwo in the picture. Almost thought it was Dr. Mario's that Mewtwo got due to laziness. Seeing Mewtwo made it 10x funnier.

Here's how I'm picturing the scenario. The female is a nurse and has just helped Mario deliver a baby and is showing it to the mother while saying "Congratulations! (Look! They even emphasized this bit!) Who's your baby? It's a Mewtwo!" The mother is blocked by Mario who is proud to be the first doctor to help deliver a Pokemon and human crossbreed. Male Wii Fit trainer is disappointed because he knows he's going to be sent to jail now for getting a Pokemon pregnant. The end.

Maybe Mewtwo's customs aren't coming until they release him proper to the public? It's a longshot but if he isn't getting any customs I find it weird why he still has a special moves section when you select a custom profile for him.

Possible, but not likely.
Far as I can see, the only way Mewtwo's customs are coming is if enough people make enough of a fuss about it that it reaches back to Sakurai and other people in charge. The idea that customs will arrive on the 28th is extremely unlikely.
Seriously though, give me a twitter profile that has any chance of passing the message along and I will tweet them to complain about this.

Saw in smash boards they gave 4 different hitboxes to samus f tilt (from 2) which are sourspots. This fuckihg sucks.
They're also speculating that charge shot was nerfed but dunno...
