Finds him average so far.

Very light and easily killed. Confusion and down throw don't seem to combo at all. Doesn't see Disable as useful.
Great Upsmash and having decent kill throws. (Not nearly as good as Ness though)
Can recover from almost anywhere and good off stage.
 
Mewtwo is fantastic. I lost to his level 9 AI 5 times in a row. Honestly harder to play against for me anyways then most users. So unpredictable. Maybe it's just because he is new. But I got torn apart. up throw is amazing too!

I can't say for certain that she is actually worse. You can get tech chases way earlier with the tip of ftilt, but you won't get them at kill percents (charge shot hello). The 2 new sourspots are horrible just horrible. No idea why they would do something like this.

They made her missiles faster at the very least...

We don't see them, people (the community) are doing rigorous testing in-game pre-patch and post-patch versions or just comparing data that was already taken from the pre-patch version and comparing to post-patch. Nintendo didn't, once again, give detailed patch notes on character balance changes.
 
Fuck man, really pissed that I just flat out cannot access Nintendo's stupid ingame server for Smash even though I can get to the eShop just fine. This is so fucking dumb.

well, just like before, seems like you can still cancel on second jab, jab 1 always was the better option, but it seems like they thought Link had to get his "infinite" removed along with the better things you could do instead of that stupid and almost useless lock
 
I was practicing a bit with Mewtwo and fought a level 9 Olimar. I don't know if it's because I'm rusty from not playing for a while, but I could not beat this turd on any of my mains. Anyone know if Olimar got buffed?

Edit: Doesn't look like he was changed, just rusty!
 
It's gonna be a long day at work before I can download Mewtwo and the patch. The codes arrived right before I had to leave.
 
So how will I get Mewtwo for free for those who have both Wii U and 3DS smash? I live in Sweden and bergsala/Nintendo.se never had any register Wii U or 3DS smash :/

Currently Olimar has been found unchanged. Nothing's been reported. You're probably rusty and/or not used to Mewtwo enough yet. :p
 
Not going to lie, as someone who enjoys the stage this change to Lylat is probably what I'm most excited about so far. No noticeable nerfs to my mains is nice too.

Oh, and Greninja nerfs. Always excited about those.

Nah dude, the pro controller is sweet for Smash imo. Before I had an adapter I was using the pro and really liked it. Being able to have 4 digital shoulder buttons and the layout of the sticks made for some shenanigans I have a harder time reproducing on the GCN. Ended up switching back to GCN though because of wireless interference (or something...) causing input lag. If it wasn't for that, I'd still use it.

Checked all of them.

Just saying it's scummy as fuck. Bought both games at launch, registered everything within the first few days after the direct, and we get the codes emailed out randomly.

Europe and Australia were able to go on their own Club Nintendo accounts and get everything while in NOA we have to wait for random ass emails which aren't indicative of when you registered your shit at all. It's one giant fuck you to your fans, and a terrible way of managing things.

yeah I keep getting a stupid fucking error code. I hope its that their servers are swamped, but I fucking doubt it. More likely whatever this fucking ingame shop is is incompatible with my internet, leaving me fucked even though I can access the fucking eshop just fine.

So uh did any character get any real buffs?

Seems like there's a few nerfs and most are just the same.

I just could not get used to him in this game, oh well. Glad that Rob and Mac seem pretty much unchanged

still no code!!!! even brought my 3ds to work!
