I wasn't screwing around when I picked those other characters by the way. I came to a realization while we were playing--that I'm probably not the type of person who's good at zoning with projectiles. I've been feeling this way for a bit and I noticed my Lucina has been doing much better than my Toon Link these days. :/ I tend to enjoy using her more, too. It kind of sucks, so I was just trying out the other swordsmen type characters to see if any of them clicked with me.

Yah sure we can play some more if you want. I think Lucina is a tough road (Marth too I guess), you could try Monado Boy ( I think he's the best sword character)... But play who you like I guess, that's why I haven't switched to Diddy or Sheik... You could always try Palutena :P. She is pretty fun with customs and all her customs come unlocked already (I feel like I try to pimp her out all the time kappa).
 
Ehhh, on 2nd thought, I should probably focus more on 1v1s for now, so if anyone wants to play me in that, I'm available.
 
At least my connection is still solid, I guess. GGs Cyberman, the fact that my day 1 Wario did better than my Mario really says something about either my choice in mains or your possible lack of Wario experience. >.> Someday I'll get your Sonic to clap for me in the results screen.

GGs! Yeah, I'm probably one of the only aggressive Sonic's out there. It's hard for me to play passive/defense with him.

I can't stand facing against Mario/Dr. Mario just 'cause of his fireballs and his moves. A lot of them have more priority than the Spindash, like that Nair. Also didn't know you used Wario. Barely play against him.

I feel so good right now! I think I was winning like...1/3? Maybe 1/4. That is a huge step up from Bowser.

Link won't lead to time outs. I am free to bomb spam.:(

Greninja relies on short hop, and obviously he can't short hop through fire. Can't roll through fire and down smash because his is slow, and he gets completely rolled by Robin's jab. The matchup might be even just because Greninja is still pretty good, but it's kind of a nightmare for him and I have no practice at it. Greninja is probably supposed to stand outside of Elfire range and just throw shuriken all day.

And I can't play Yoshi at all tonight. Brain turned off.

And thanks to Cronox and Karsticles for playing Bowser. Whenever I play against a Bowser on FG, I just laugh.

That may be true, but I felt as Robin I had to guess where you'd be half the time. But this is like the 5th time I've played the matchup so dunno the final standing...

Idk, it's rather late and you'll just get some Mii Dunban and Day 1 Wario out of me right now. But I'm also worried you'll think of this as some excuse to get out of fighting your goddess with my "spaced out" spacies lol.

...okay I'm mad now, I wanna master Fox and Falco and kick everyone's ass with them but it's become inherently obvious recently who's been getting me better results and I feel conflicted. >:( Hint: It sure as hell isn't Star Fox or Fire Emblem characters.

Don't want to taint your winning streak eh.. :< I think your Wario would still slaughter me regardless, because I always forget to watch for the fart (kappa).

Maybe you should be picking the right fire emblem characters.... like Robin? Ike is a lost cause...

The same guy that played Bowser against me had a decent Ness, but I managed to win. He seemed to be switching between top tiers, plus Bowser.

I do terrible against Samus as Yoshi, even if they are a really bad Samus. I always end up running into missiles, charge shots, and various other moves.

lol, I don't mind losing to you because it means you're getting better, and I have to step up my own game otherwise I'm gonna stop being considered GAF high tier. :O

We can play, or you can play Namikaze because it looks like he's been looking for someone to play. Or we could do 3-player FFA items on @Orbital Gate Assault and Temple. :3

GGs Anki. Felt that you've gotten a lot better since the last we played; your Toon Link/Lucina were great. I liked your edgeguards with Lucina against my Link and your TLink kept me on my toes haha.

I'm kinda disappointed in how I played today, mostly my Link. It hasn't been the same since the patch nerfed him :( At least I really like Robin now though I still need work with her. My Monado cancels/Quick Attacks could have been more precise too, but oh well, I just need more practice I suppose.
 
Good games, Twilt! Man, you became even more of a monster. Seriously, those first matches with Shulk and Pikachu, I was in absolute despair. XD But thanks to our matches, I was able to get a feel for Toon Link again.

You need to play Boney. I've got a lot of Samus practice off him, even if he wins practically all our matches. In any case, I feel Samus is a tough match for Samus, you can't really spam eggs that much because her projectiles are fast enough to hit you even if you do them in the air. Samus also has decent range with her aerials so you have to be careful of her uAir and bAir. Her grab is also decent, at least compared to Yoshi's pitiful grab. It seems the better choice against Samus is to be stupidly aggresive.

seems like you need to hit the lab against me Twilt, Link is now the patience-reward(still not much reward lol) character he used to be in Brawl, but with better recovery lol

I haven't been playing much Smash this week thou, but perhaps fighting another fellow Link can spark that courage that has been Robin from you P:

thou I can't play ya right now, fighting a local buddy :c
