Yeah I remember when she slept with Jugs (she was his lawyer in 'Trial of the Juggernaunt' storyline circa UXM #435-436). But Austen got a lot of flak for that (he was bashed for almost everything he did...rightfully so) and I thought they tried to retcon that.
