honestly I'm just really happy Redemption Island isn't a thing for the season
still not fond of pairs - part of the game's core is being on your own and having to navigate the personalities of complete strangers, imo - but at least we might not have to deal with a third of every episode being devoted to some dumb RI duel that will end up amounting to precisely nothing at all
I was never a huge fan of Exile Island, either, but at least if they're putting the HII clues there then there's a chance the HII can't be found independent of the clue, which would be great.
I hate the fact they're bringing back Blood vs Water so quickly. I felt the season worked in spite of the twist, not because of it. It was an awful idea. I have very little expectation of this living up to the fantastic Cagayan season, but anything's better than the Big Brother trainwreck going on right now.
