In the main swapnote view window, highlight the one you want to delete, hit the settings button and there should be an option says delete a note

I don't know, I'm not using this thing until I can find out if I can turn mass send off. I was just going by the OP:

I'm not worried about ME sending mass messages - I would never force someone on my FRIEND list to hear banal stories about christmas time and view tortuously unfunny doodles involving Princess Peach and Sonic - I am more concerned with the 100 friends on my friendlist having no self-control, and thus polluting my inbox with that crap. I have one life to live, and I'd rather not spend it shuffling through the unfiltered vomitous manchild enthusiasm of 100 ninty fanboys in order to find the two legitimate messages I want to read.
