Yeah -- the notifications SHOULD work like Streetpass Notifications, which only appear in your list until you load the program and "clear" the new data setting. They are, however, working exactly like every OTHER SpotPass notice, and remain permanently on your list.
What's odd is that I thought you could manually delete SpotPass notices, but it seems that you can't...

I'm hoping by my saying so, that would mean the WIi U has alot of other greater features and games that a drawing game would be the least entertaining thing to do on it but still fun
My friend list is entirely composed of gentlemen and scholars. Not a single penis image so far and I hope it stays that way unless the sender is really interested in seeing some mean junk in retaliation.
It's not a messaging system, it works almost literally like e-mail. You don't "chat" in SwapNote.
