Well I'm guessing they'd try and fix that with a remake. Hopefully that would include different gameplay.

I still thought that the idea of having photographs you take play into the gameplay was kind of neat.

But how I REALLY want Squeenix to develop that idea is a sequel to TWEWY in which you can import your own MP3s and have them provide different algorithmically generated powerups during battle (i.e. songs with a high BPM raise your speed, songs with lots of bass raise your damage, slow songs raise your defense). which has nothing to do with this thread.

I just don't like how it goes at entrerly diffrent speeds depending on the browser. In Chrome, it goes a tad slow, in IE it seems fine, in Firefox it is going SUPER SPEED.

A handheld FFV remake would be basically the best thing. BUT. I suspect Agito may be fairly close to that in terms of its battle/ability system. We'll see.

I remember playing a bit of Before Crisis at E3 2006... pretty dull, as could be expected from a cellphone game at that time. Maybe a quick DSi ware port, but would much have a remake of vanilla FF7 (or even better, give me the FF5 remake we're all waiting for!) than this.

I watched the reminescence of Compilation of FFVII on the FF7AC Blu Ray and was surprised how deep the story was for a mobile phone game. It might have a better story than CC !

Watched a few episodes of the game on Youtube. The game itself may not be great, but I'm still interested in a full remake.

Probably fans like me who in the end don't really give a rat's ass about the overarching plot of the series or whoever they base the characters on and just wants to play with fun RPG systems.

All I can say is I would buy it. I am still upset that we didn't get it on PSP or DS so a remake for 3DS along the lines of ReCoded or something sounds great to me.
