Did a few searches to make sure there wasn't anything for North Florida, but I didn't see anything. Y'all know how GAF searches go though, if there's an official thread please direct me towards it!

I do think there's OTs/meetups for some of southern FL (like I think I saw one for Miami once?) but that's like an 7 hour drive one way and I'm looking to hopefully host something a bit more... local.

Anyway I don't know how many GAFfers there are in Tallahassee and the general North Florida area. I wanted to see if anyone was interested in meeting up! Kind of want to see if there's enough peeps around interested first before trying to organize an actual meet up. Location suggestions to meet up would be great, too. I only know the Tallahassee area personally (and even that knowledge is... sketchy), but I'm personally open to any location in the Panhandle, provided a local to whatever area would want to set up the meet up.

So... uh, yeah. Get in here you damn North Floridians! Make your presence known. Or something.

I just know when I have to drive through there, it's one of the worst experiences of my life. Just a bunch a shit past Tallahassee until you hit NOLA. It goes on forever it seems!

End of North Florida should likely be Ocala. South of that, you're more firmly in Central Florida territory I would think.

Orlando people can't give Tallahassee shit. Orlando is Pensacola tier.

Pensacola Florida here. Hometown to people such as Emmitt Smith, Roy Jones Jr., Justin Gatlin (who is super nice btw), a plethora of doctors and military families, a goofball Sheriff, confused rednecks, a million churches, a barely existent music scene (which I kind of was/is a part of), no (real) arcades, a fledgling FGC, visitors who came to see the Blue Angels fly, visitors who came to our beaches (on the way to Destin), and yours truly.

Hmm, more responses than I thought! I'll make an attempt at a Tallahassee meetup in August/September, when the college kiddies are back in town.

Yeah, there's not much around here, but compared to my hometown (where cows outnumber people) it's not bad.
