Little Caesar's wants the best of the best
Just don't let it slip out that you supported Pompey Magnus.
It must be exciting going into an interview for a job it's practically impossible for you not to get.
They probably make sure you're a live person when you go in, and then give you the job?

Not to mention at some places you have to be a real slacker to get fired. I had an ex gf who was an assistant manager at one and she was irritated that the manager would not fire the lazy kids that would show up late or no call/no show. I think she's a manager ruling a Lil Caeser's with an iron fist now. I miss her and all the free pizza/wings/garlic sticks :'-(

I was rejected by Best Buy. No joke. Everything was going good, got through two interviews but apparently my 'record' meant I wasn't the type of person they were looking for, even though at the time, my record just consisted of getting a ticket for pissing in a parking garage before a concert(it was a long wait til we could go in). Kris, if you're reading this, then screw you for not being a better lookout and ruining my potential career at Best Buy! Hell, might have even made it to Little Caesar's one day!I went through 4 interviews to get hired at Best Buy.
A phone interview, a quick in person interview with a supervisor, a longer interview with a manager, and finally an interview with the GM where I was offered the job.
I went to the interview.Well?
What position are you applying for?
a) The guy who spins the signs outside
b) delivery guy
c) pizza artist
d) management
I got to shake her hand at the end and she would call me before the upcoming Wednesday if I got it or not.
All about shaking that hand, glad you fixed that by the end.I went to the interview.
I wanted to shake the lady's hand but she asked for my resume first and told me to take a seat.
Surprisingly, the questions she asked weren't BS. It was mostly asking what was my schedule like, any work experience and some work related questions (i.e can you handle money? How would you deal with an angry customer?).

If she doesn't call you, call back anyway on Wednesday and ask to speak to her just to inquire about your application.
You need a degree.Though I'll be disappointed if I don't get it. The excuse I've always been told is employers don't want students. Now I'm available for full time and I still don't get in, wtf?
So it's Wednesday, and I call back the lady and she says she'll have to check her files. If I'm on it, she'll call back, if not, I didn't get it.

Well the Little Caesars is the most appropriate right now because it's within distance to me. I'm also applying elsewhere but those jobs are hard to come by.are you looking anywhere else or do you really just want to work at little caesars?
I'm actually not sure.Edit: "I'll have to check my files" is a weird response. Is this the same lady who interviewed you?
There will be complicated logic questions like "why are pizzas round instead of square?"

fun fact. if you get a pepperoniz pizza by them and bring it home add some of your own toppings and then toss it back in the oven for another 15 minutes at 425 you get some wicked awesome pizza. and garlic
Okay, this killed me!You need a degree.

This was a new restaurant so that's why I applied.Sounds good. Did you apply to other Little Caesar's in your general area as well?
Driving to work for 15-20 minutes isn't bad.
If I were to do this again, it would have to be February, then the Summer then maybe Winter.
Beware the Pepperoni Cheese Bread, OP. It does a lot of damage very quickly.

Eh, I did it too many times, I don't feed comfortable doing it again.Nope, you may have a better chance during those periods but you can honestly apply whenever. There's no completely reliable time table for when people quit or get fired, unless it's something super obvious like a movie theatre which won't even take applications during some months.
Isn't that just a pizza without sauce?
