they are still developing the air ship and trying to provide a new experience for players.
If they can't achieve that, they said they'll completely cut it from the game.
But if they're available to achieve that, they will provide it as free DLC when its complete.

Dammit, this would change everything. I can dig the world, although it seems a bit boring, I like the soundtrack and the combat but I don't feel too happy about playing a character with teenager scene hair. That's a huge turn-off. I think I'd also have a hard time enjoying Witcher 3 if Geralt would look like that guy from Blood on the Dance Floor.

The hell is wrong with this game...? They are a year out and not sure they can include airships. New experience? What does that mean? It sounds to me more like whether they can actually achieve it technically or not and they are making some sort of excuse already.

I think he's handled well in some cases like in FFXIII-2, but in terms of cohesiveness with the main scenario or world? Not really.

FFXIII-2 handled fanservice well with its DLC.

Yeah Tabata said it'll depend on if its technically possible or not for the experience they want to provide with the airship. They're still working on it.

My understanding would be if they know they can't get airships ready for the final game, they can halt work on that and focus on finishing other parts of the game, then returning to the airships and getting it done, rather than scrapping it completely.
