I'd like to have visited my family but it's about 10 hours of travel and the worst time to do it.

I've got a turkey ready to go into the oven, I cheated and bought some pre-made sides. It's turkey and Fallout 4 time.

I've been to some of those when I was younger. Insane levels of food.

But I'm older now. Can't just show up. I'd need to bring some food or feel really crappy, and I'm not sure what I'd bring (certainly no time to prepare any at the moment.) Plus I'm an atheist so the discomfort might not be worth the delicious food.

I'm just going to go get fish tacos today and call it good.

Parents are headed to sisters house for dinner. Sounds like they are going to have 15+ people there. I hate loud noisy social environments so I am glad I'm not going.

I've got a microwave here, and a hamburger and a potato to heat up later. There probably won't be much actual work to do, so I can play games on my laptop and relax.

I bought the Scarlet Collection blu-ray from the great Arrow video and it was a part of that, man what a disappointing film. It has a new documentary as a special feature so I'm really interested to see if they go into depth into what in the hell they did to pinhead. He went from an extremely menacing man of few words to snarky, angry teenager which I suppose is fun in its own way. Favorite part was the new CD powered cenobite.

Whilst the later films vary wildly on quality, at least Pinhead is...well, Pinhead in those. This film basically turns him into a supernatural slasher-killer.

I'm belatedly thankful they didn't carry the franchise on in this fashion.
