One of my formative videogames, probably because it took something I did a lot of as a kid (paper-based puzzles) and demonstrated that the videogame medium allowed for a wild degree of messing with my expectations for how things are 'supposed to work'; it was the first time a puzzle had actively tried to avoid being solved (a particular solution would flee from your mouse cursor).
