The end of this tournament has been ruined by the weather. Really awful tennis since the semis started and a disgrace to have players perform in the wind like this, the quality of tennis is just abysmal.

The wind does not ruin tournaments. Players are supposed to be able to adapt to the conditions they must play in. Stop griping.

Secondly we've only seen 3 games, hold your god damn balls.

ugh yeah of course players need to be able to adapt but adapting in windy condition more often than not means pushing which is boring to watch = ruining the finals.

Fuck, this should've started an hour later, still stuck at work :(

here is what you miss:

push, push, push, push, push, UE.
push push push UE.
break.

Lol. Have you ever played Tennis in these conditions? You can't fully adapt to these conditions. Especially not if (what's apparently the case) conditions seem to be changing all the time.

It's a shame because these two are an incredible match up when both play well (eg. AO and Olympics this year), I know people remember the AO final because of its length but I though Djokovic-Murray was the best match of that tournament.

Exactly. Even just switching sides will fuck your whole game up because one game you were playing with the wind with you, then you're playing with the wind against you all of a sudden. And when the wind is gusty and the shape of the stadium itself is creating turbulence, it's very unpredictable.

Really? I'm not really going to get into an argument here as you guys are missing my point from the getgo. I never said adapting to changes was easy or even entirely feasible, but it should be within your skill (especially at level this high) to be capable of answering in some fashion.

All that aside I want to see a perfect match as much as anyone else, but I also don't want to wait a week to see it happen. That's something I've complained about earlier in regards to the policies of scheduling play at this venue during shitty weather.

Ugh, I really don't want to go to class now. Not only will I be stuck in class, but my professor is like super anti-phone. Won't even be able to casually listen during lecture, or check the scores.

4MB for that gif, not worth it. Some great rallies throughout this match so far, but most of the time ended with a poor missed shot.

Fucking hell, Murray is so frustrating to watch. Djokovic is on the ropes and all he does is put these weak balls down the middle of the court.
