Its not really a rumor anymore.

The team had till the end of this season to decide on the LA move. They have nothing in place for a new stadium in SD. It is a done deal.

I'd be amazed if they don't keep their name. The league isn't expanding anytime soon. They started as the LA Chargers anyways, if even for just a tiny amount of time. They aren't nearly as important to league history as the Browns were.

The real fun battle this offseason is gonna be that whacko Mark Davis trying to move Oak to LV.

Hahaha, well yeah I guess. Sometimes a clean break is good, but even though I dislike the chargers I think they should keep the powder blues and the bolts and maybe rebrand everything else. Could help get the stink from this one off of them.

Literally the best change the NFL has made in the last twenty years was the rookie pay scale changes. Teams who needed QBs were actually ducking the first pick just so they didn't have to pay an unproven talent 75% of what an ALL-PRO QB would make.

It's actually one of the worst. Teams are now heavily relying on young guys because they're cheaper, which has led to a drop in quality of play.

Rookie compensation needed to be changed but the way the NFLPA did it screwed over midtier veterans.
