This is already looking like a terrible quality match.

Much has been said about how Nadal "owns" Federer, and if there's one of the most important elements that can be used as an argument against Federer being titled best of all time is how he completely succumbed to Nadal as a competitor.

Funny thing that. Here he is, almost 34 years old of age, number 2 in the world, and about to contest against number 1 in the world for a world-breaking legendary record in Tennis' most sacred battlefield, and Nadal is nowhere to be seen, hanging on his number 10 ranking, heh.

Nadal built an impressive record against Federer, but one should notice that :
- the big lead is almost entirely due to clay matches (13-2). It's the same as if Sampras had been a little bit better on clay and met Agassi more often on it, I think Agassi would have more victories over him.
- Nadal often failed to go deep on Federer's best surfaces. For instance I think post 2013 Federer would beat Nadal on grass. But Nadal lost early/didn't enter the same tournaments, so we'll never know...

I'm not trying to deny that Nadal surely "won"(if it's the adequate term) their head to head over the years. We must respect the fact he found the anti-Federer formula after years of complete domination by the Swiss. Plus he won their defining meeting in 2008 Wimbledon final. It's just that the 23-10's story is a little bit more contrasted when you look at the details.

she will after she's a break down in the second set.

Awww, I was hoping I don't have to wait an hour to see good tennis.

Edit: Did anyone see that worthless graphic on ESPN below Muguruza's win record? "Wimbledon 2015 - 6-0" Really, she hasn't lost yet in the tournament? Thanks ESPN.

She was defending champion on RG. So on paper, Serena should've won that.

sure she should have, but at that time upsets over serena were coming all over the place. but in grand slam finals she has only lost 4 out of 24, so it's a completely different proposition than the second round.

You should be an ESPN commentator.

My point is, it's not gonna be an easy one for Serena like most people said here, they went 3 sets on AO this year.

whether it's easy or not depends entirely on serena, not muguruza. if (or more like when) serena starts playing, this will be over and it won't be pretty.

Just saw there is a wheelchair tennis match going on. I didn't even know that was a thing. Seems you'd have to be crazy strong in the arms to swing around the court in that thing.

edit: Just looked it up. They use a specialized chair and play from the edges of the court. Makes sense. Cool to see.
