Has Nolan filmed any shots of Gotham police officers saying goofy things as this this vehicular mayhem occurs?

I wish! The scenes shot only involved
Garry Oldman's stunt double hanging off one of the tumblers I believe, Catwoman on a Pod chasing the convoy, and The Bat showing up to help eventually. Guess that proves Cat Woman helps to at least some degree.

Sounds pretty sick. Also sounds like what they're filming is
fairly close to the end of the film if Catwoman is helping out.

Worked from Friday to this past Sunday on set, during all the vehicle shooting. It was insane.

"The Bat" as its called on set is a copter, the blades are being added in post. It does not from from a tumbler. We filmed a ton of chase scenes involving a "Bomb Truck" that was part of a convoy with the Three other tumblers. Eventually Cat Woman attacks the convoy on the Bat Pod and Batman shows up in the Copter.

Anything else people wanna know, just ask away. I believe I am working on set all this week too, starting tomorrow.

I've heard a rumor that the truck is carrying a nuke, is this true?

Any mention of the LOS?

Living in Pittsburgh is going to ruin this movie for me. Also i need to stay away from youtube. Nolan and company are horrible at hiding stuff.

I work in the Strip and live in the suburbs of Pittsburgh and don't feel this way.

WTF, are they building a club house?

I assume the filming in LA will be a lot more guarded and more inside constructed sets.

Crazy to think that they have been filming for 4 months almost and still have another 3-4 months.

A rare meeting of two Batman icons took place at the ToonSeum, Pittsburghs museum of comic and cartoon art.

This weekend the ToonSeum drew to a close its exhibition Superheroes: Icons and Origins with an evening with legendary Batman comic artist Jerry Robinson. The ToonSeum recieved a suprise visit from Dark Knight director Chris Nolan! Batman came full circle as the earliest Batman artists met with the contemporary Batman director in a gallery filled with original comic art.

The welcomed Robinson, one of the legendary artists who helped shape The Dark Knight canon to speak about his life in comics. As a teenager, Robinson worked alongside the crème de la crème of comics pioneers like Seigel and Shuster, Kirby, and Mort Meskin before teaming up with Batman creators Bill Finger and Bob Kane. The trio's collaboration spawned two of the most important additions to the world of Batman: acrobatic sidekick Robin and the arch-nemesis, The Joker.

Pictured are Rob Rogers (Editorial Cartoonist), Jerry Robinson (Comic Legend), Christopher Nolan (Director), and Joe Wos (Executive Director of the ToonSeum.)

Where are they shooting next? Chicago, NYC, or ??

No Chicago for batman anymore. :(

At least we have Superman coming to the city and my hometown is replacing as smallville where they start this week in main street.

Any I thought the filming for this movie was already overexposed in pittsburgh...

NYC and LA are probably the two locations most movies are filmed. Batman won't take over a city like LA and or NYC like he did Pittsburgh.
