I was really drunk with a group when this came on. It was pretty amazing.

Yeah I've got a solid buzz so that certainly helped things.

They need to repost that E3 parody conference ASAP. Watching in real time as that unfolded was an E3 moment I'll pretty much never forget

Yeah, they were being Giant Bomb levels of cynical. How weird. You'd think for a show that is known for their fun reactions they would roll with it instead of complaining.

I think it was honestly expectations. They all have huge respect for Devolver and were excited to see new games. Instead they got...that and 2 games. That humor certainly is not for everyone as well, especially coming completely out of left field like that.

I thought there was some funny moments but the on stage stuff with the volunteer was just bad and I wanted it to end both times. Guess that was the point...maybe.

I got a big kick out of the conference, though to me they went from "punk rock", setting up shop in the parking lot across from e3 to "adult swim" via early MTV, as though through parody they claim to be presenting an alternative to the status quo, but it feels hollow to me. Maybe I'm just getting old:/
