The Division Beta preload up on all platforms

I just got a second email from XBox Rewards that contained the code this time. I bet it is heading out to everyone for a second time now.
 
PS4 code still isn't showing on my account, redeemed about 6 hours ago.

Might just go the PS Store route, when you pre-order the money isn't taken straight away, right?

I just did it - it's in the drop down next to your username on the top.

Unfortunately I can never seem to initiate downloads from the web store. My PS4 is in rest mode. Is there a setting or something on the system itself?

If you are in North america.....it's payed all at once and good luck trying to get a tefund

I've never preordered a game on PSN before, I don't think, but this is absolute bullshit. Even more so in situations like this where this is a beta that is heavily marketed as a preorder incentive.

You shouldn't be pre-ordering games on PSN if you aren't sure of your purchase. That seems like common sense to me. I'm not defending the lack of refunds. But there's quite a few other, pretty easy ways to get into the beta that doesn't involve a PSN purchase.
 
I registered but no code yet in the mail for PS4 @_@ I need to play this cus games are like $100Cad and I'm sick of the "surprise the game scored a 10 but it really sucks" reviews we get lol dat marketing $$$
 
So I need some clarification... Is there any way to play this on PC without using Uplay? I read in another thread that buying a key directly from steam is the only way to avoid uplay?

PC version goes through Uplay even if you buy it on Steam. On the PC every Ubisoft game uses Uplay regardless of where you purchased it. There is no way around it.
 
Thanks a lot Gaf! Your detailed instructions got me going in the right direction.

It shows I have "purchased" the game, but still does not allow me to click a download button.

(That may be because I'm at work and my ps4 is resting at home).

UK actually but maybe I'll just wait on the other code after all. I have zero intention of actually buying the game, just want something new to play this weekend.
 
Redeemed....sent download at about 1:45 at work. Got home at 4:00 and all 26GB was already done lol. They must have fixed rest mode because I remember it being bugged out before
 
Got both my codes (1 Xbox, 1 PS4) this morning. Both downloaded now and ready to go.

Got a big interview on Thursday. This beta is either going to be a reward or a way to drown my sorrows.
 
Amazon doesn't ban for doing the preorder and cancel routine right? Just making sure since I have that grandfathered Prime shared account... :)
 
Hm, did the Amazon pre-order trick, entered my code from Amazon, still haven't received a code from Ubi. Anyone know why?
