Ironically, it was an Asian student who brought up this lawsuit initially because they felt a white student got in over them.

.. I do not agree with you at all but there is a chance that white women come out as the worst beneficiaries of affirmative action going away. These policies wreck America's prospects for the future because a less diverse workforce is a stagnant workforce that cannot keep America on top of the global food chain. We need all Americans to graduate from universities across the country.
