Iris is already tremendously improved, the romance drama seems to be waning and Zoom could be anyone. All signs point to yes.

A podcast I listen to calls Tuesdays Super-Tuesdays, Flash going into SHIELD just goes so well. SHIELD is good and Flash is great. SHIELD improved so much, going back and watching season 1 and seeing the characters develop make me feel more towards the characters now. Especially Ward, his development is great
