I want Jay to disappear. What a jobber. Though without him Caitlin just has tests to run each week.
For the entire season Caitlin's scenes have amounted to "Let's catch Zoom to get your speed back, Jay".
Aaaaand it wasn't even Zoom that stole his speed. Womp womp womp.

Caitlin has only been interesting this season when it's her Earth-2 counterpart. All she does is follow Jay around like a puppy-dog and her only plot is basically "Jay Garrick's love interest".
They missed out on having her be brought to Earth-2 and see not only herself as evil, but her dead husband alive and working alongside her counterpart too.

I know this is the Flash thread, but looking at the Green arrow and how is looks kinda blackish, it made me remember someone:
Walter. Where heck is he? We seem him like one more time in season 2 and.. that is it. Seriously what? He was such an interesting character and an amazing actor.

Wait, what? Walter is off street racing to earn money and pops in every once in a while. Wasn't Walter there in the last episode? Didn't he go up to the CCPD just as Geomancer started attacking and the Joe was like "Sorry, gotta go"? And no, the Arrow is Oliver Queen.
Guggenheim mentioned there might be a chance for Walter to come back to Arrow, more likely than Slade. Colin Salmon was great on Master of None.

Yay! I really liked him, and was actually shocked that he stopped being in episodes. He played a kinda major-ish role in the first season.
I also noticed that my grammar and punctuation is really bad. Ugh

Oh. Right. Lol, is it bad that I completely forgot about him? I even googled "the flash, walter", so I was completely thrown for a loop from the get go. I think I've had enough to drink tonight.
Ugh that would have made me so happy. Imagine Tom Welling showing up for an episode? I'd die.
Or making out with someone else's wife, or not giving up his cover when he causes someone else's father to die by being there, etc. That whole arc really bugged me, I know it was a lazy way to give barry a 'what if' sort of arc, but god was it lazy.

Maybe they cut the scene when they explain that.

That's the problem with too many main characters. Arrow, Flash, and Supergirl need to trim some fat. It's affecting all three. Haven't caught up on LoT yet so I'm not sure if it's bothering that show too.
I'll love Jay if he ever gets his speed back for more than thirty seconds.
It looked cool, but then you realize it didn't actually do anything. He needs to claim it will counteract the tremors or something ridiculous like that.
They might have even seen Barry's face if they were the cops present when Zoom passed by. So they have to know that it is not just looks, it is a completely different person.
Barry wasn't unmasked until Star Labs though right?

yes you do. aside from the lame ass subplot on earth 1 it was such a fun episode. very nice emotional moment from barry on the phone too.
True, messed up on that. That means they can think he changed looks because of that.

World 2 confuses me... They are technologically leaps and bounds ahead of world 1 but for reasons everything looks like the 50s. Phones only have speed dial buttons...cuz you know, wouldnt it be cool to have an old fashion phone with some speed dial buttons from the 90s glued onto it...and no possible way to make calls effectively other then to those who are on the speed dial. Finally...Iris...soooo dumb... "Yea babe im a cop, yea babe your my husband and im your wife...your acting funny babe...wheres you wedding ring babe? My meta human watch is going off and telling me that you..the man i just acknoledged is acting strange and not like yourself...is a meta human...shit must be broke, we still on for lunch with my dad?" ....i was so sure iris was gunna be like.. "I know your a shape shifting meta human..what have you done with my husband!!!".. Nope... Meanwhile the flash thinks hes being helpful consoling iris in her time of need after her dad dies...buuuuutt...hes not even her real husband....her real husband is in a closet somewhere knocked out. So a week from now when Iris is like "i miss my dad" earth 2 barrys gunna be all like "that dick? Why do you miss him...whats he been up 2... Oh shit hes dead... My bad..that must happened that week i was in a closet and you were sleeping with the meta that looked like me". Earth 1 Barry is such a inconsiderate douch. He basically ruined the lives of people who had nothing to do with him...got some chicks dad killed..knocked out her husband...stole his identity...and straight up cuckolded him. Meanwhile he has to break it off with the blonde chick from earth 1 because him being the flash puts her in danger despite the fact that she found out his identity regardless of him dumping her...show drives me crazyy...but i still love it.. Ninja cisco was boss sauce

I'm glad I'm not the only one that noticed Caitlin getting shafted this season.
And not by Jay.
I think it is old to look cool. Like, they have cars like we have oldtimers. Regular transport in their world is the giant monorail, people don't really use cars outside of showing them off.

Before now he's just seemed pretty simple, just a speedster with a creepy voice that's a little big faster than the Flash. Now that we see him on Earth 2 and how he's trying to rule the city with superpowered underlings I think he's gotten more interesting.
I am sad they killed off evil Cisco so soon. It seems like he'd have been able to "vibe" his own death if he was as "godlike" as he claimed.

From how the character is portrayed in the show, Jay Garrick getting shafted seems to be fitting. Fuck that guy.
When he told Cisco how powerful he could be as Vibe, I was thinking that they'd introduce the ability to interrupt a speedster's abilities. I think I read in one of the threads that Vibe is essentially one of the few who can take on the Flash and other speedsters, so I was hoping we'd get a glimpse of that. But nope, death by vibrating hand.
