RE5 would be good to play with my Dad next time he comes to visit. He told me last time he wanted a PS3 and to play RE5, so some father/son bonding time would be good.

I'm down for RE5 since I never enjoyed the series, but 5 always seemed like one that might pull me in finally. I dont want to spend money on getting it myself since the only way I'd convince myself I like the series is through getting it for free (due to being a CheapAssGamer).

I was trying to get this game used, and for cheap on eBay, and didn't see that this was the Russian version. Apparently it's a legitimate release.

It has an English mode, but you can not play it online, or use DLC. I was going to take it up with the seller, 'cause it was advertised as having the same features as the other editions, but I don't really feel like it. So if you just want to see if it runs ok, or you can read Russian, or you don't care about online/DLC, then by all means, take this.

If you're in the NYC area, it also comes with a metrocard that has at least enough money for one subway trip. It expires in about a year

While I'm at it, I think I have a copy of Datel's Freeloader for Gamecube.
