Left 4 Dead 3. Its no secret it's in development, but if it's actually released is my concern.

This. Valve has destroyed all hope for Half-Life for me. L4D2 is probably in my top 5 games of all time, and that one photo that was leaked of the Swamp Fever finale house remade in Source 2 breaks my heart every day I don't see more of it.

HL3 is years away, there is no doubt that it will happen in its own time, but why people should be clawing at the walls begging for it to come out soon is beyond me at this point. I'm happy for it to come out in its own time and have no real urge to care for when, as long as it does what the previous full games did - innovate.

L4D3 is happening and likely sooner than later. JShackles mentioned bumping into testers back in April when he went to Valve, and was even asked himself if he was there for that, which he wasn't. It also had the larger team by a sizeable margin in the JIRA leaks the previous year.

I like to think they're taking their sweet time in order to really innovate on the multiplayer modes. Hopefully a full 5th person play as director mode or something.
