It was a wacky podcast, but I didn't mind it except in the news section.

i feel like the bits only felt weird because we were getting recaps of bits they developed naturally the day before. I actually looked up Carmenla because i didnt get they were reconstructing a joke from the lost cast at first.

On the Bombcast Vinny was funny. On this he tries to be funny. Holy heck, what a shit show.

And it's not even his fault, really. He needs to be supported. Unfortunately...

Bombcast Vinnie will always be best Vinnie because he had Jeff and Ryan on either side.

you know if you only really enjoy bakalar he has his own podcast right? it sounds like you super dont enjoy the most people on the beastcast

I usually love the beastcast, but Vinny was a bit too much in this one. But I get that having to re-record a 2 hour podcasts isn't the most fun experience.

And screw the haters, Alex, Austin and Vinny is a great combo. Bakalar is just the frosting on the cake.

There are other podcasts to listen to people drone on about video games. Giant Bomb is where I go to get my timely Ross Perrot and Amiibo laughs.

It's good to rewatch that every once in awhile. remind us how far we really haven't made it. The racism is much more hidden than it was back in the day.

yea, I never watched it but I've watched a lot of reviews for it online where they showed clips from it. I think they should rerelease it with a footnote cuz it is part of Disney history and has one of the best songs ever. ZIP A DEE DOO DAH!

The email section overall was fantastic. Austin's Trademark Corner was a resounding success, and that part about gaming conventions and expectations was really interesting. It's probably the most I've enjoyed an email segment in months, for either 'cast.


And yeah, the jokes went a little long sometimes, overall, but I really can't blame them for that stuff when they're redoing a podcast. I'm also not sure if it only bothers me because I read this thread before listening.
