This is no joke, Venetian Blinds might be the best argument for video games being art, it has no purpose, it was just a company expressing themselves, it's passive aggressive expression, but nonetheless, this might have actually convinced me.

Ultimately there is a demo available for it, which gives you 10 minutes of Venetian goodness. Ultimately you'll just want the Venetian Blinds character wandering around the level :P
 
I think that Krome (or whoever is still in charge over there) realized that nobody would ever pay for any of the OTHER games they had left if Sunset Riders was out. So they dumped all the rest of this stuff out this week.:lol

My most fervent hope is that next week is Sunset Riders only and we get an impromptu 4-player Sunset Riders Endurance Run.

But seriously, the mere existence of that farting doll is almost enough to put me off of the game completely. Ugh.

It's a Double Fine game. There always has to be a thing that holds it back from being totally great.
 
Stacking looks great. lot of immature humor like buping and farting but looks fantastic otherwise.

I bet its set for the easter release.

I don't think he said you were. His point was they added things like that in an attempt to add levity.

Also... really? You're losing your shit (no pun intended) over the fact that ONE doll character has a fart power? How dare the game about living wooden dolls not be completely serious!

You established a queer definition of art. I like that. Mine would be "that which outwardly negates what it internally resulted from", today. It captures the historic and anti-historic aspects.

I love the Quick Looks of Game Room and I'm really pleased Jeff has done it. I do feel sorry for him though. They probably release the games just for him.:lol

But it's so terrible and makes things worse instead of better. :(

I wouldn't even call it a failed attempt at pandering (because I know that DF is better than that), but it's just so out of place that I can't be happy with it.
