The framerate on that 360 version of borderlands is god awful, is it the DLC or is the whole game like that?
eh...it has its moments. I suppose you could say that it's present during the whole game, but it's never a big deal, imo. It only rears its head during lots of explosions and particle effects.

Diner Dash does look fun, but all I can think of is how the original devs of that game didn't secure any royalties to it...and the publisher ended up walking away with all the cashola, and the devs closed up shop a few months ago. :(

Wow that's sad :(

Way of the Samurai 3 has some of the most pointless wandering I've seen in a game. Jeff apparently played through the start of the game multiple times, and still wasn't aware there was any story quest to kick it off. That's some awesome game design, right there.
He had absolutely no idea what he was doing. If he had just gone to the world map, he would have seen the marker for the mission he was on, and could have warped there directly. Once you chose a mission, you can't kick off any story events either. This is very useful to get the ending you want without triggering the wrong event.

Yeah, he also seemed surprised that when you said something to someone, you couldn't go back and choose another option. That's actually the point in those games, to encourage multiple playthroughs by allowing you to do basically what you want and giving your actions permanence. I hope to make time for this one at some point, seems neat.

maybe he thought it's GTA in feudal Japan or something.

Looks like it still carries all the flaws from the first game (invisible wall after you kill the guard, camera etc...). The graphics doesn't seem to have improved much either. :/

the characters models are actually improved , but the animations ,lightning ,shadows most of the effect..ect on the other hand is just PS2 quality.

but yeah pretty much , it's Samurai Dou 1 and 2 with new stuff , you can do more " ways " with your Samurai this time , there are more options , not just kill your enemy or be crazy Ronin , you can ignore or you can even ask for forgiveness in some scenarios , and it's also still more open than Samurai 1 and 2 , but that it.

imo , Samurai 2 still the best Story wise , but this one still a must for any fan of Samurai games.

it's sad that Kenzan the definitive Samurai game ( best Story , best fighting system and best graphics and level ) will never be released in NA and Europe.

The whole game is like that, contrary to what most people are saying in the official thread. Wouldn't be surprised if the PS3 version constantly chugs too.

Story Hour Adventures is secretly the hardest of hardcore games. It's a major test of patience and endurance of painful, painful pacing.

"One bean... Two beans... Three beans..."

God, I hate when games introduce a completely new mechanic at the end boss. The entire game was just tapping away at the A button, then when you reach the Ogre fight all of a sudden there's wii remote swinging all over the place. It's a testament to how great the Giant Bomb crew is at playing videogames that there wasn't a game over screen there.

Quick Look: Tekken 6 PSP

Jack is an asshole. Now that poor ogre lady that gave him free meals is a widow. Nice goin', you bastard.

Dude's already a bit of a douche in the normal version of the story, for some reason these guys decided to just make him a massive bastard. For a game that seems to be mostly educational I don't know what the fuck they're trying to teach kids :lol

Quick Look: Story Hour: Adventures

Far more entertaining than it ought to be :lol
I can't believe I sat through all that.
Then again, it was pretty damn hilarious. :lol

I'm annoyed they missed a New Game + comment for going back up the beanstalk!

But man, that fable really sends a bad message. Thievery is great! No consequences.
