They are fun entertainment so I have watched them all the way through.

They can be good for a laugh even if you know the game is bad. Though Wipeout 2 QL was disappointing, especially compared to the legendary Wii one. Seems the hilarity of the laggy response of the first one wore off a little.

Now that I've beaten Dark Souls I went back and watched the DS Quick Look and it was pretty good. I'm surprised how well Rorie demonstrated the game. He always seemed a little out of touch with gaming and a bit on the casual side, but he surely knows stuff about the Souls games even though he didn't get all the facts right.

Anthony Gallegos gets a fair amount of hate around here, I assume because of his immature jokes, but honestly I value his opinion more then any other person in the industry. He never seems to get caught up in hype trains, but he doesn't hate super hyped games either. He will give a third party handheld game as much of a chance as an Uncharted or Rockstar game, but not in a "i only like underground games" sort of way way. I also used to love listen to Tyler Barber's views as a person fairly new to the gaming industry, and Ryan O'Donnald evened out the cast by bringing a certain amount of professionalism and knowledge.

That podcast would be amazing if Arthur didn't ruin it. I tried to just ignore him, but, like I said, he feels the need to be in on every single conversation. Even if its about a game he never played and never intends to play. Its really not possible to ignore him.

I don't think Anthony deserves any hate, I think he's a great reviewer and really good on Rebel FM and I feel the same way as you do about Arthur ruining Rebel FM.

Is it possible that Arthur is terrible and deserves the hate he gets? I am not a fan of him and think he does more harm than good to anything that he's in.

I am loving the quicklooks they are doing recently like the Once Upon a Monster but I haven't watched any of the newer videos such as splicing cables, I plan to but I seem to take a while to catch up to the newer ones.

Pretty good quick look, I think that's a good package "by todays standard's", especially for 10 bucks.

There's also a bit more to the combat than just hitting buttons fast when you're playing on harder difficulty settings than easy, but whateves, they were pretty fair to the game.

He said he already played through it and mentioned the # of continues so it was probably only on easy for the quicklook not his playthrough. I know with how much people cry about any gameplay mistake that I'd either play every game on easy or the hardest and derp around intentionally. Don't think he realized in vs. he was fighting cpus 50 levels higher and lower than himself that was kinda crazy in a good way.

Be careful. Jeff is playing on a completed save and pretty close to the beginning he was listening in on some thugs and I'm pretty sure they spoiled a pretty major plot point in the game. I don't know if they noticed because they were talking over it but you could see it in the subtitles.
