Red vs Blue vid is a good comparison for the graphics. when it opens with halo 2 character models then it makes the switch to the halo 3 beta models and it looks sooooooooooo much better. i love it. can't wait till tomorrow.

Quick fix for failure to load Beta:
Go to the dashboard.
Go to the system tab
Select memory
Highlight your hard drive
Press Y
Press X, X, LB, RB, X, X
Say yes when prompted to do maintenance on your hard drive.
This removes all previous title updates and prompts you to redownload new ones.
It will be fixed automatically in an hour, but that's a shortcut. PEACE.
Go to the dashboard.

Select Downloads and you will see the option to download the Halo 3 Beta. Select that option with the A button and the game will now download and install to your Xbox 360 hard drive. The Halo 3 Multiplayer Beta, because it installs directly to your HDD, can only be played with a Hard Drive and will not function on standalone Core package Xbox 360 systems. This is not the case with the final game, just the Beta.
Then after that is complete, restart Crackdown and return to the "Downloads" section and it will say "Play Beta". Keep in mind, you can do all of this after the public beta opens only, no sooner.

I disagree. The only fun I've had in Snow Bound has been atop the Ghost. Everything else is excruciating. They would have been better served remaking Sidewinder.
EDIT - Not trying to rain on people's experience. As a beta, I assume Bungie wants feedback. Please, do something with this level. I can't be alone in thinking it is largely worthless, especially compared to Valhalla and High Ground.
