The Halo 3 Beta Thread

Welp I guess the reward for playing almost 8000 games and 1000+ on my older tag is waiting until Wednesday. And was in the humpday; And I still play H2 to this day.. unlike many people who have this beta who played it maybe 1week.. sigh.. ah well. you guys enjoy. No one loves the NutterButter. :(
 
I feel so defeated. I posted the Calvin and hobbes thing in time too but it was a link so i think he missed it and it didn't get a PM. I'm still going to make the Halo theme will bells and cows though PM or not.

I just wanted to remind you Stinkles that I actually begged to get into the Alpha Test months ago. You ignored my pleas then, will you continue to ignore them now?

My name is Frank O'Connor. I'm the writing lead at Bungie and that basically means that I lead a small writing department that does game script, combat dialog, some of the Marvel graphic novel, the comic book series, the books, the marketing, whatever. Anything that involves writing.

Thanks man. It's cool to watch how other people play. I loved the follow and melee on the sniper on 3rd or 4th round of Territories. You were hunting him like a dog!

I need to put up some films from this afternoon, of 1 bomb assualt on Valhalla. I'm turning into a gat-gun whore. :)

The wait from June 6th to whenever the game comes out will be horrible. :( At least some of us get a few more days!:D

I also still play Halo 2. Shall we take our frustration out on some noobs in BTB slayer? Hearing them scream as you splatter them will always brighten up your day.

I wish Halo 3 had a third person view for all weapons. it looks so damn cool.

It actually hurts seeing people playing this.

Anyway, what has been shown so far has been incredible. The sound seems immense, and im really impressed with how everything looks.

A lot of people have put a lot of work into things like our lighting and things like water and soft surfaces. I think our game holds up just fine. It’s even better in motion. Single player no one has really seen yet and it’s going to look even better. We are feeling pretty good about it.

If you can't download them go to the market place blade. Then go to account management and go to memberships. The click on you member ship and select change payment option. Then select on your credit card. Then press x to edit payment option, then re-enter your cards verification code. Make sure now your credit card is your main payment option. This worked for me.
